Blueberry plant fundraiser!

Chippewa Blueberry - Fruits And Berries | Veseys

When I think blueberries, I think muffins. What do you think of? Two cold hardy blueberry varieties, Polaris and Chippewa, are currently for sale as a fundraiser. Blueberries need a second plant for pollinating so this is a one stop shop so you can have fresh and delicious blueberries as part of your garden landscape! This fundraiser closes on May 26th so access your hot lunch account to purchase your fresh berry source.

Growing Smiles Fundraiser update

We’ve received word that the Growing Smiles Fundraiser has been so popular that the greenhouse is close to selling out of some items. If you have ordered and paid then please don’t worry you will receive your orders. However, once the greenhouse has run out of items they will make them unavailable for purchase so if you’ve been waiting to purchase you might like to hurry and get your orders in soon to avoid disappointment. Order deadline is April 30th. https://lacdesbois.growingsmilesfundraising.com/home

April showers bring May flowers…

If you remember our Christmas growing smiles campaign and all of the beautiful greenery arrangements parents received, you will be thrilled to know that we have partnered with Growing Smiles again (a BC company) to provide you with baskets and bedding plants. Plants are a great way to encourage our friends to get out into the garden while supporting a healthy fundraising event. Please check our website at Growing Smiles Fundraising for more information regarding this fundraiser! Ordering deadline is April 30!

Carnaval is coming up and the staff at LDB have organized a fun event for your children.  They are in need of volunteers to make this happen.  We have created a sign up page on signup genius.  The link is below.

All events will be outdoors.  In order to volunteer you must have an up to date criminal record check.  You should be prepared to spend the time outside, with a mask on and to follow covid protocol.
