The White Hatter presents!
We have another opportunity for parents this week, so please share with your PAC groups as soon as possible.
This Parent Session is intended for the Mackenzie Secondary School community, but DPAC has been given the link for interested PAC Members and Parents throughout SD57.

Make it Sow seeds fundraiser
Are you preparing for spring and planting your veggies? After not being able to buy seeds last year, Lac des Bois PAC has partnered with Make it Sow seeds as a fundraiser to give you the opportunity to purchase your seeds well in advance and with lots of choices and support students in the school. Carnaval Volunteers Needed!
Carnaval is coming up and the staff at LDB have organized a fun event for your children. They are in need of volunteers to make this happen. We have created a sign up page on signup genius. The link is below.
All events will be outdoors. In order to volunteer you must have an up to date criminal record check. You should be prepared to spend the time outside, with a mask on and to follow covid protocol.

Constitution and Bylaw proposed updates
Section II General Meetings…to allow for meetings via zoom “The Council, Executive and committees are authorized to meet by web conference or through other electronic communications so long as all the members attending can simultaneously hear other and participate in the meeting.”
Section VIII Duties of executive… for all roles… (replace will) may be a signing officer
Section X Financial matters 4. …Will name @ least 2 (replace 3) signing officers but 3 signing officers is preferred. …
