Purdy’s Initial Christmas Fundraiser

PURDY’S CHOCOLATES  

 

Mmmmmm..  ‘tis the season of Purdy’s Chocolates!  This wonderful time of the year is when you can make a huge difference in supporting your children’s school programs and activities by simply purchasing chocolate for any occasion (and don’t forget to order some just for yourself! )   With this in mind, please encourage your friends and family to order their holiday sweet treats through you too 🙂 

 

We are running the Purdy’s Fundraiser for the next few weeks to make sure we have the orders back and delivered in time for you to share them (or ship them) throughout the holiday season. Please complete your order forms and return them to the office no later than Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2018. This will allow us to get your filled orders to you by Wednesday, December 12th. 

 

 

We are working towards limiting paper use for fundraisers, so all instructions for ordering these delicious chocolates are listed below. Online orders are encouraged to limit paper use as well, but we will still more than happily accept paper orders.

 

For ONLINE ORDERING visit  https://group.purdys.com/login.aspx

 

 

Step 1: On the top right hand corner click “register” if you are new OR ” login” as a returning customer if you have previously ordered through Purdy’s  

Step 2: *** Only if you are new to Purdy’s and need to “register”, continue by clicking “Register as a member”,  fill in your information as well as 

                   Customer number 22144, then click “Join a Group” 

             *** If you are a returning customer, follow the prompts to enter the Customer number 22144 to join the group,

Step 3: Go to group home page and then choose the shop online tab 

Step 4:  Once you have chosen your items, choose the Pay for Orders tab, and proceed as directed.   

 

 

 

 

For PAPER ORDERING:   

Please fill in the information on the first and second page for paper ordering. 

Our customer number is: 22144 

Organization or School:  Lac des Bois 

 

On the second page, please include your name, phone number and email address in case there are any discrepancies that we need to contact you for. 

 

There is NO shipping rate and please include 5% GST (line D) in your grand total calculations!
